Main Body of Lesson

 Pupils in groups of ≤4 research and produce two minute talks on

       i)   the celestial basis of time;
       ii)  sundials and gnomon;
       iii) water clocks and hourglasses;
       iv) mechanical clocks;
       v) quartz crystal clocks; 
       vi) atomic clocks.
