Demonstration 1

This follows on nicely from 2.1 (d) with the demonstration of a microphone picking up an audible frequency and identifying the displacement of the air molecules with time. In this demonstration a trolley is set to oscillate sideways on two springs. A felt-tip pen is attached to the trolley and a piece of paper is dragged underneath the trolley - the pen draws a Sine curve.
