Class experiment

Finding the drift velocity of electrons in different wires. A series circuit with bare copper (connection) wires has a bare (iron) filament wire that will glow when the circuit is complete. The pupils are asked to predict 'in which material the electrons will travel faster (have a higher drift velocity)'. The pupils will need values of e and n. They will use a micrometer screw gauge to find A and measure I with an ammeter.
